What started as a mobile urgent care service has grown into a full-service wellness center offering care in-clinic, in-home, and through telehealth. ER2GO provides urgent care services, IV vitamin therapy, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss programs, peptide therapy, SoftWave pain therapy, and a growing line of medical aesthetic treatments—including laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL photofacials, DiamondGlow facials, anti-aging laser treatments, and advanced hair restoration solutions.

At its core, ER2GO stands for accessible healthcare without the red tape of traditional insurance models. With transparent pricing, HSA/FSA acceptance, and a focus on both wellness and prevention, ER2GO believes patients deserve high-quality care without unnecessary hassle. Jameson Kelly FNP-BC

Owner / Primary Provider

I completed my Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a fellowship in Emergency Medicine. Working in the Emergency Department for over 14 years developed my skill and knowledge base.

In 2022 my wife and I came up with the concept of ER2GO, with the goal of providing patients with personalized healthcare, in the comfort and convenience of their home. Getting away from the corporate healthcare mentality and providing individualized care that comes directly to you.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two kids – Ireland (18) and Kilian (16). I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, hunting, fishing, traveling… anything that involves the outdoors.

Autumn Kelly, CMA

Owner / Practice Manager

I am a Certified Medical Assistant and I assist with everything from patient care to office organization, really anything that helps with the day to day business operation.

My personal health and fitness journey has motivated me to help as my husband and I try to provide personalized care to our community.

My faith and family are the two most important things in my life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as anything that involves spending times with animals.

Ireland Kelly

Certified Nurse’s Assistant

Ireland Kelly has a passion for patient care and healthcare. She began pursuing her medical career early by studying healthcare throughout high school and graduated with honors from Stone Memorial High School, where she also earned her CNA certification.

Before joining ER2GO Total Wellness, Ireland spent nearly two years working in pediatrics, where she gained valuable hands-on experience caring for children and supporting families. She will continue her healthcare education in fall 2026 as she works toward growing her career in medicine.

At ER2GO, Ireland is known for her compassionate approach and dedication to making every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and reading.

Breika Schrade

Registered Nurse

I graduated with my first undergraduate from SUNY New Paltz, NY with a degree in Psychology. Went back to school, to TN Tech through their Accelerated bachelors program. Worked in cookeville ER for 3 years and currently in Crossville in the OR as a circulator.

I love to garden, fish, camp, hike, trail run, cook and travel! Basically, anything outside, I’m ready for it!

Jameson and Autumn are great to work with and the patients are wonderful. I like that the care is 1:1 in an environment where they are most comfortable. I’m lucky to be a part of this team.

Kelsea McGehee

Registered Nurse

I graduated from Tennessee Tech University with my bachelors in nursing in 2015. I’ve worked as an RN in the CVICU, cardiac stepdown, a prison, and most recently the emergency room.

I’m a wife and mom. We love to spend any spare time traveling, finding new places and things to explore, and hanging out with family and friends.

I’m excited to be a part of the ER2GO team, as I’ve used them personally before joining the team and can definitely appreciate the convenience and expertise of it!

Our Story

The idea came about over years of working in the ER, watching so many families bring everyone to the ER just for one family member’s illness or injury, at times spending hours sitting in a waiting room, exposing the entire family to every illness.

After 14 years of ER experience it is time to bring back the house call. ER2GO offers excellent healthcare at our convenient office location in Crossville, or we can bring our services to you in the comfort and safety of your home, work, vacation spot, beach, lake, hiking trail, or wherever you may find yourself in a time of need.
