ER2GO was built on a simple but powerful idea: urgent care should come to you — and when it can’t, it should be easy to access, clearly priced, and genuinely personal. Led by Jameson Kelly, FNP-BC, a Family Nurse Practitioner with 14+ years of emergency medicine experience, our team treats a wide range of conditions right here in Crossville, TN. We accept cash, all major credit cards, HSA/FSA accounts, CareCredit, and Square AfterPay — but we do not bill insurance, which means no surprise bills and no red tape.
When Should You Come to ER2GO?
Illness & Infection
Sore throat, flu, COVID, strep, ear infections, urinary problems, rashes, allergic reactions, cough, wheezing, and asthma flare-ups. We stock rapid diagnostic testing on-site so you get answers and a treatment plan without delay.
Injuries & Acute Pain
Cuts and lacerations, sprains and strains, fractures, joint dislocations, burns, falls, sports injuries, minor car accident injuries, whiplash, and back pain. We offer splinting, suturing, and OCL casting right at your visit.
Procedures & Minor Surgery
Abscess drainage, ear wax and foreign body removal, nail removal, nasal packing for nosebleeds, eye exams and foreign body removal, breathing treatments, IV access and fluid infusion, and phlebotomy.
Physicals, Exams & Refills
School and sports physicals, DOT exams, medication refills, and dehydration treatment. We also provide virtual urgent care (telehealth) for conditions that can be safely assessed and managed remotely.
How It Works — Three Ways to Be Seen
ER2GO offers flexible care options designed around your schedule, your comfort, and your needs. Our mobile providers are equipped with the same diagnostic tools and supplies you’d expect from a clinic — and we bring them right to you. For in-home visits, we offer on-site X-ray, and ultrasound so even complex presentations can be assessed without a hospital trip.

In-Clinic Visit ($100): Visit us at 1230 West Ave, Suite 108 in Crossville, TN for a full evaluation. Same-day appointments available. Diagnostic testing, procedures, and imaging referrals can all be coordinated on-site.

In-Home Visit ($175): Can’t make it to the clinic? We come to you. Our providers arrive fully equipped to diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions in the comfort of your home. In-home X-ray ($340), and ultrasound ($400) are available add-ons.

Virtual Urgent Care / Telehealth ($65): For conditions that can be safely evaluated remotely, our telehealth visits offer a fast, affordable way to get a diagnosis, a prescription, or guidance — without leaving the couch.
