Frequently Asked Questions

Does ER2GO accept insurance?
ER2GO does not accept insurance. We believe in complete pricing transparency — you’ll always know exactly what a service costs before we begin. We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA and Flex Spending Accounts, CareCredit, and Square AfterPay.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us at 931-218-6398, or email er2gotn@gmail.com. For urgent needs, we recommend calling directly so we can get you scheduled as quickly as possible.
What’s the difference between an in-clinic visit and an in-home visit?
An in-clinic visit ($100) takes place at our Crossville, TN office and is best for conditions that may benefit from more complete on-site resources. An in-home visit ($175) brings a fully equipped provider directly to your home — ideal for patients who are too ill or injured to travel, or who simply prefer the convenience. In-home visits can include X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG as add-ons.
What conditions can telehealth treat?
Telehealth ($65) is well-suited for conditions like upper respiratory infections, sore throats, sinus infections, UTIs, rashes, mild allergic reactions, and medication refills — essentially anything that can be reliably assessed through a video consultation. If your condition requires hands-on evaluation or diagnostics, we’ll recommend an in-clinic or in-home visit.
Do you offer imaging and diagnostic testing?
Yes. For in-home visits, we offer in-home X-ray, ultrasound, and EKG. Rapid diagnostic tests available include COVID/Flu, Strep Throat, Urinalysis, Urine Pregnancy, and Finger Stick Glucose. These are priced separately and listed on our pricing page.
Can ER2GO treat children?
Yes, we treat patients of all ages. Sports physicals for school-age children are one of our most popular services. If you have questions about whether a specific condition in a child is appropriate for an urgent care visit versus an emergency room, please give us a call — we’re happy to help you make that determination.
What if I have an emergency?
ER2GO is designed for non-life-threatening urgent care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — including chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or loss of consciousness — please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
