Jameson Kelly FNP-BC - Owner / Primary Provider

I completed my Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a fellowship in Emergency Medicine.  Working in the Emergency Department for over 14 years developed my skill and knowledge base.  

In 2022 my wife and I came up with the concept of ER2GO, with the goal of providing patients with personalized healthcare, in the comfort and convenience of their home.  Getting away from the corporate healthcare mentality and providing individualized care that comes directly to you.  

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two kids - Ireland (16) and Kilian (14).  I also enjoy hiking, kayaking, hunting, fishing, traveling… anything that involves the outdoors.

Autumn Kelly - Owner / Practice Manager / Certified Medical Assistant

I help on the business side of things and I am currently completing my Medical Assistant license.  My personal health and fitness journey has motivated me to help as my husband and I try to provide personalized care to our community.  

My faith and family are the two most important things in my life.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as anything that involves spending times with animals.

Breika Schrade - Registered Nurse

I graduated with my first undergraduate from SUNY New Paltz, NY with a degree in Psychology. Went back to school, to TN Tech through their Accelerated bachelors program. Worked in cookeville ER for 3 years and currently in Crossville in the OR as a circulator.  


I love to garden, fish, camp, hike, trail run, cook and travel! Basically, anything outside, I’m ready for it!


Jameson and Autumn are great to work with and the patients are wonderful. I like that the care is 1:1 in an environment where they are most comfortable. I’m lucky to be a part of this team.

How ER2GO Came to Be

The idea came about over years of working in the ER, watching so many families bring everyone to the ER just for one family member’s illness or injury, at times spending hours sitting in a waiting room, exposing the entire family to every illness. After 12 years of ER experience it is time to bring back the house call. ER2GO brings excellent healthcare to you in the convenience and safety of your home, work, vacation spot, beach, lake, hiking trail, or wherever you may find yourself in a time of need.

In  many  cases  there  is  no  need  for  a  hands  on  evaluation.    In  these  situations  we  can  save  you  both  time  and  money  by  doing  a virtual  urgent  care  visit (Telehealth).    Through  the  use  of  computer  technology  we  can  engage  in  a  virtual  exam  and  be  able  to  determine  if  prescriptions  medicatio
